A magical manifestation journey

I’ve had such a lovely start of 2025, started going to the gym 5 days a week, feels great! It gives energy to all other to-dos that I have during the day. It felt like hard work at first, but now it’s becoming a normal part of my day, just flowing into my life with ease.

But change does take some investment, time and effort. I remember for example one of my most magical manifestations. I was living in Vienna at the time, just been dumped by my boyfriend and I was in an apartment with just a three month lease. So a place to stay was necessary. I didn’t have so much money at the time, but was decided – I was going to have a place with space to dance where I could stay for some years.

Manifestation – joy and hard work

I used one of my own methods of manifestation, The Butterfly Journey, which allows for your wish to evolve all the time and works with all levels of your being in a fun and creative manner. It also takes into consideration that we co-create reality with others, Source, the universe etc in a playful manneer.

Working with it every day for weeks, going through several processes within and an increasing sense of flow, I finally posted an ad in a newspaper when I felt ready. Within two days, I got a call from a woman. Her son had gone to Venezuela and she needed someone to stay in the apartment. It was 90 m2, exactly where I wanted to live, it had a big living room with a DJ-set and large speakers so I definitely could dance! In the end, we reached an agreement and I got to stay there for 400 Euros per month, which was so cheap! But we also ended up helping each other, and I lived in the apartment for 3 years.

It’s a magical story and life can be truly magical, but one needs to work on it a bit for the flow to find it’s way through you. Today I help people finding that fluid state of being, of feeling better, healing from all sorts of problems and illnesses. If you feel like working with me, right now I have a Winter Offer, see below. It’s for 5 sessions, so that we can really go deep and do the work!

So how does this manifestation journey work?

The Butterfly Journey is a playful but efficient way to manifest your hearts true wishes, without necessarily knowing what you want from the start. Whether you start with clear wish or a vague idea, it helps understand your wish and yourself better. It also lets you work with the blockades that you have – fears, traumas, beliefs, etc – which have kept you from manifesting your dreams and wishes earlier.

Following the transformational life of a butterfly

In the Butterfly Journey, you start with thinking of a wish that you have. Know that it can transform along the way. The path forward allows you to interact with all parts of your being as well as your surroundings, others, the universe, Source etc. All of this in a playful manner in the dreamworld, which interacts with and reflects reality all the time.

Imagine that you receive an egg from a beautiful butterfly or two. It’s placed in your hands. Bring your hands to your forehead and place it there, allowing it to land within your consciousness wherever it wants. Now you have started your journey. Close your eyes and see where it has landed, often in nature. Does it have what it needs? Give it whatever feels good, this is your inner world and you can do whatever you want in here. Visit about once per day, look what happens. Things going on around it are like dream symbols for what is going on with your wish. What the egg needs is also symbols for what your wish needs. Think about it, analyze. And things will start happening in your real life as well.

You continue like this with all steps of the evolution of a butterfly, and you will experience things happening in your real life as well. Be ready for an adventure and for yourself, your wish as well as life and others to surprise you!

The five steps of The Butterfly Journey of manifestation and transformation

  • the egg, the wish in itself, growing into being, transforming, starting to interact with the world
  • the larva, when the wish and you start taking in a lot of information and sustenance from the outside, things that will bring the manifestation into reality
  • the chrysalis, pulling back, integration and dreaming, various perspectives and possibilities competing and interacting with each other, bringing one out in the real world in the end
  • the butterfly, the wish transformed into reality, when your manifestation starts to become real, taking firm steps in real life, following the butterfly – following signs in the real world, be aware of synchronicity and flow, take chances
  • letting go in gratitude

You can look for the meaning of symbols in your journey on the internet, but also ask yourself, what do they mean to you? The symbols that you see, all that happens, will mean something. It’s interesting to analyze it, and doing so makes your wish clearer as well as brings you closer to it. Be ready for some processes of change and development. But most of all, have fun!

I believe in magic but remain skeptical towards the Law of Attraction

With magic, belief, focus and dedication you can influence your surroundings to a large extent. I have experienced this many times and do not question that at all. The vibe that we carry and our capacity of being real, compassionate, staying true to our goals and surrender to love equally has an effect on how we perceive reality as well as interact with it. Of course it also generates reactions, and there is such a thing as cause and effect.

What I don’t like about it

With all that said, in my experience, there are some fatal flaws in several of the presentations of the Law of Attraction that I have come across. Mainly I react on the following type of statements:

  • “The world around us and our life is a mirror of ourselves.”
It is beautiful to recognize aspects of oneself in others. However, I believe that the universe is vast and creative, and that every being is unique. To think that you can see yourself everywhere, like in a mirror, is ego centered to me. It diminishes the experience of true connection and the real adventure of living.
  • “I get back what I send out.”
Obviously our surroundings react to what and who we are in many ways on various levels. Nevertheless, life and reality is full of surprises and you are not in control of the entire existence or nature, nor the people or other beings around you. Even the most hateful person can receive love and forgiveness from unexpected sources.
  • “I create my reality”
I agree with that our thoughts, feelings and emotions, etc, have an effect on reality. However, if you try to be in control, you are abusing your power. I’m not saying that you cannot achieve control to a large extent, at least for a while, but it comes at a high cost. Loneliness, lack of connection with your heart and soul, missing the awesome power of co-creation in freedom, etc. In the end, we co-create reality together with every other unique, awesome being in this vast existence, plus some forces even beyond that “control”. Without a foundation of love and a fluid state of awareness, your manifestations will crumble, sometimes with a very uncomfortable bang.

I could continue, but I think that you get the point. I’m not saying that all that is said about the Law of Attraction is wrong, I am just stating that one should be careful about getting too stuck on certain concepts constructed around it.

Practice magic with love

If you want to practice magic, remember to let go of your spells in love and compassion. Respect the freedom of choice. And always be humble towards all other beings in and all aspects of the universe. Be patient and stay true to your core values. Let go. Receive without judgement. And remember that sometimes it is in the stillness in between that the greatest magic lies.

glad lucia! – but where are the tomtar?

I love watching the pagan/christian celebration of Lucia on national TV, I think most Swedish people do. It’s romantic and very emotional: on an early, dark, cold morning in the midst of December, the 13th, the young members of society come with light, music and beauty to the older members of society, as well as to the newly born. It is an ancient ceremony of rebirth and renewal, and about the existence of magic and blessings in life, even in what seems to be the darkest of times. It is also a celebration of the sun, and the human capacity of handling fire – of bending the elements after our own will, like making light in abundance in the middle of Winter. The ceremony is full of ancient symbols, like the stars (pentacles) on the pointy hats of the so called “stjärngossarna” = the star boys.

Lucia, the saint who is saint celebrated, is a Sicilian martyr who sacrificed her life for her beliefs, and for not having to marry a man she did not love. Traditionally, she is a fairy or a Goddess of light, coming with light and protection for the people after the night between the 12th and the 13th of December, when the dark forces were said to be specially strong.
