A magical manifestation journey

I’ve had such a lovely start of 2025, started going to the gym 5 days a week, feels great! It gives energy to all other to-dos that I have during the day. It felt like hard work at first, but now it’s becoming a normal part of my day, just flowing into my life with ease.

But change does take some investment, time and effort. I remember for example one of my most magical manifestations. I was living in Vienna at the time, just been dumped by my boyfriend and I was in an apartment with just a three month lease. So a place to stay was necessary. I didn’t have so much money at the time, but was decided – I was going to have a place with space to dance where I could stay for some years.

Manifestation – joy and hard work

I used one of my own methods of manifestation, The Butterfly Journey, which allows for your wish to evolve all the time and works with all levels of your being in a fun and creative manner. It also takes into consideration that we co-create reality with others, Source, the universe etc in a playful manneer.

Working with it every day for weeks, going through several processes within and an increasing sense of flow, I finally posted an ad in a newspaper when I felt ready. Within two days, I got a call from a woman. Her son had gone to Venezuela and she needed someone to stay in the apartment. It was 90 m2, exactly where I wanted to live, it had a big living room with a DJ-set and large speakers so I definitely could dance! In the end, we reached an agreement and I got to stay there for 400 Euros per month, which was so cheap! But we also ended up helping each other, and I lived in the apartment for 3 years.

It’s a magical story and life can be truly magical, but one needs to work on it a bit for the flow to find it’s way through you. Today I help people finding that fluid state of being, of feeling better, healing from all sorts of problems and illnesses. If you feel like working with me, right now I have a Winter Offer, see below. It’s for 5 sessions, so that we can really go deep and do the work!

So how does this manifestation journey work?

The Butterfly Journey is a playful but efficient way to manifest your hearts true wishes, without necessarily knowing what you want from the start. Whether you start with clear wish or a vague idea, it helps understand your wish and yourself better. It also lets you work with the blockades that you have – fears, traumas, beliefs, etc – which have kept you from manifesting your dreams and wishes earlier.

Following the transformational life of a butterfly

In the Butterfly Journey, you start with thinking of a wish that you have. Know that it can transform along the way. The path forward allows you to interact with all parts of your being as well as your surroundings, others, the universe, Source etc. All of this in a playful manner in the dreamworld, which interacts with and reflects reality all the time.

Imagine that you receive an egg from a beautiful butterfly or two. It’s placed in your hands. Bring your hands to your forehead and place it there, allowing it to land within your consciousness wherever it wants. Now you have started your journey. Close your eyes and see where it has landed, often in nature. Does it have what it needs? Give it whatever feels good, this is your inner world and you can do whatever you want in here. Visit about once per day, look what happens. Things going on around it are like dream symbols for what is going on with your wish. What the egg needs is also symbols for what your wish needs. Think about it, analyze. And things will start happening in your real life as well.

You continue like this with all steps of the evolution of a butterfly, and you will experience things happening in your real life as well. Be ready for an adventure and for yourself, your wish as well as life and others to surprise you!

The five steps of The Butterfly Journey of manifestation and transformation

  • the egg, the wish in itself, growing into being, transforming, starting to interact with the world
  • the larva, when the wish and you start taking in a lot of information and sustenance from the outside, things that will bring the manifestation into reality
  • the chrysalis, pulling back, integration and dreaming, various perspectives and possibilities competing and interacting with each other, bringing one out in the real world in the end
  • the butterfly, the wish transformed into reality, when your manifestation starts to become real, taking firm steps in real life, following the butterfly – following signs in the real world, be aware of synchronicity and flow, take chances
  • letting go in gratitude

You can look for the meaning of symbols in your journey on the internet, but also ask yourself, what do they mean to you? The symbols that you see, all that happens, will mean something. It’s interesting to analyze it, and doing so makes your wish clearer as well as brings you closer to it. Be ready for some processes of change and development. But most of all, have fun!

Creating for the sake of creation itself

About a year ago I started making collages out of words from newspapers, which turn into a sentence. I don’t follow a plan, I make them very quick and then I paint, which I’m terrible at. But nevertheless I do it, using all from acrylic paint to crayons, marker pens and loads of glitter glue.

I even got myself an Insta account for them, with like 11 followers. But neither how many followers there are, nor how it looks is the point for me.

Simply doing

The point is, on the contrary from my other forms of expression, film making, singing, dancing, performance, storytelling and writing poetry, these collages are something I do without any type of feeling of having to create something with high quality. In the other fields, I have experience and kinda feel some pressure that it has to be good. With the collages, I don’t feel this at all. I just make them.

Since I started making them, I really notice that my mood is even better than before (I’m generally a pretty happy person, but this is deeper). I also experience a greater flow in life, as well as in other creative endeavors. So grateful!

And I learned to value the process of simply doing, creating, being in the moment so much more than before. Furthermore, my subconscious is communicating with me on a whole new level. Great life lesson!

radical freedom

For me, the problems of the world are not the main issue at the moment. There are “problems”, systems, ways of acting, thoughts, etc in need of transformation. However, much more important to me is the challenge: to be authentic, to stand up for what you really are and what you believe, without fear of what “others might think”, to be ready to transform yourself with every step you take, to surrender, completely, to compassion and grace, which leads to feeling your inner love, true love and to live in true loving. That is freedom. That brings flow into living. And to live radical inner and outer freedom is the challenge – now.

Claim your space. Claim yourself. Be authentic. Breath in freedom, breath out freely. Surrender to grace. Feel whatever, let it go and become a vessel of compassion. Be what you are in every moment, and let it go, to be what you are in the next moment.
Be love. Live loving.
And all that in radical freedom.

Short comment on faith, science and Richard Dawkins

I’m an evolution fan, although quite convinced of that we don’t yet know how evolution works. It’s such a complex process, and many factors might still be unknown. But the basic idea is convincing to me, and it’s one of my favourite spare time research topics. In that journey I have read some of the work of for example Richard Dawkins, and seen many of the films in which he explains Darwin’s ideas, the theory of evolution, different ideas on altruistic behaviour, etc. He has made so many interesting findings and delivered many fascinating ideas and concepts to the world – like memes (see below). A great mind indeed! Besides, he seems like such a nice person, especially when he holds a lecture for kids.

But even if he seems a really nice person, he can at times come over as a bit too sarcastic and too sure of the truth of his own world view. His atheism is  just as much faith-based as any other faith to me, and his failure to see that (or at least communicate that he realizes that if he does), is sad to see.
