Merging with the body
breathing into every cell
wishing with stern intent
that all parts of me are well

Surrendering to process
may all come into light
I will go through it
won’t put up a fight

With my complete awareness
through the system I sense
releasing what needs to
relaxing the tense

It’s all inside me
and everywhere around
a healing power
that wants me safe and sound

Sounds very simple
but takes courage and discipline
can’t heal without changing
the state that I’m in

Compassion and forgiveness
that is the key
kindly and gently
but clearly I see

Observing the pain
the fear, the blockade
then surrender into it
and healing is made

Without too many words
but with clear communication
I set goals and release
in humble conversation

With all parts of me
and with all that I’m connected
I focus and then let go
allowing health to be resurrected

It’s a journey inside
on paths so deep
hiding is no option
instead I take a leap

Into my future self
let the next moment be
I will not control it
I surrender to be free
